Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this site. By using this site, you signify your agreement with these Terms of Use. My Meal World, LLC (“MMW”) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. With the use of My Meal World, LLC (“MMW”), you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.  If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the site.

My Meal World, LLC (“MMW”) will not sell or give away your e-mail address, phone number, or mailing address to third parties. However, the restaurants will require such information in order to communicate with you regarding your order. MMW cannot be responsible for restaurant's further handling of such information.  This scenario is no different than someone placing an order with the restaurant directly.  From time to time, we may e-mail you coupons from participating restaurants or marketing material related to MMW.  If you do not wish to receive such e-mails, please send us e-mail at remove@mymealworld.com .

Logo, images, text, and program source are exclusively owned and copyrighted by MMW.  No material from the site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, including code and software from third party web sites accessed as per their specific rules. 

MMW has no ownership or control of the copyrighted and/or trademarked materials found on the third party sites to which MMW provides links or integrates into the MMW site.  MMW is not responsible for the contents maintained by the third parties on the Internet.  All trademarks and copyrights are owned and controlled exclusively by the third party web sites accessed, unless otherwise stated in their terms of service.

MMW, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to include, terminate or exclude any hyperlink to any Internet site for any reason whatsoever.  MMW reserves the right to change the content or format of this site at any time without notice.

MMW makes no representation or warranty that the restaurant descriptions, identification, contact information, menu listings, price information, availability, hours of operation, delivery options and terms, or any other information provided on the Site, regardless of its source, is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.  Site content is provided for personal information and research purposes only, and does not constitute an endorsement by MMW of the suitability of any restaurant, seller, service or product, whatever the respective source of information.  MMW has no control over the quality, safety or legality of any product or service sold by third parties, including restaurants, identified on the site. MMW is not liable for any actions of the users that are ordering from restaurants.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall MMW be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if MMW or a MMW authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall MMW have any liability to you for damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise) for accessing this site. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In some jurisdictions, limitations of liability are not permitted. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold MMW, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the TOU, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.

Other

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals.   You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties such as restaurants.

You agree that MMW shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that MMW is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release MMW, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or in any way relating to your use of this site and any and all other MMW site(s), shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the State or federal courts located in the County and State of New York.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers MMW's treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on our site, and when you use our services. This policy also applies to MMW's treatment of any personally identifiable information that our business partners share with us. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit or use our pages. We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. Cookies
We may set and access cookies on your computer to enhance your experience when visiting our site.  We do not use cookies to track your surfing habits and activities outside of our web site.

• We use the information we collect to provide the services you request. Our services may include the display of personalized content and advertising.
• We use your information to inform you of other products or services offered by MMW
• We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties. In order to help provide our services, we occasionally provide information to other companies that work on our behalf.
• MMW does not store credit card information. Credit card numbers are transmitted to the respective restaurants, and we endeavor to protect the security of your payment information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
• Although we make good faith efforts to store user information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.
